Ms.Fit Bootcamp Adventures is a 60-minute workout in the environmental gym of downtown Palo Alto, CA. Every workout utilizes the wonderful and varied hardscape of Palo Alto parks, downtown center, parking garages, schools and residential streets rain or shine. These locations provide incredible variety and stimulation of the body, mind, and spirit.

Group fitness class members participate in an invigorating workout designed with your individual fitness goals in mind with emphasis on good form, posture, and breath.

In each month’s session you will:

  • IMPROVE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
  • TONE AND STRENGTHEN MUSCLES
  • BURN 300-500 CALORIES
  • STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE
